The Classic Package

Service Duration: 3 Hours
Bartenders: 1
Guest Count: Up to 50 (additional charge per bartender for 51+ guests)

  • Choice of Luxury Trailer Bar or The Portable Luxe Bar

  • Setup, cleanup, and service

  • Beer & Wine Service Only

  • Ice & coolers

  • General Liability & Liquor Liability Insurance

  • Alcohol estimate guidance

Additional Charges:

  • Extra Hour

  • Extra Bartender

Travel fees may apply based on event location

The Signature Sip Package

Service Duration: 4 Hours
Bartenders: 1-2
Guest Count: Up to 75 (additional charge per bartender for 76+ guests)

Includes:

  • Choice of Luxury Trailer Bar or The Portable Luxe Bar

  • Setup, cleanup, and service

  • Beer, Wine & Up to 2 Signature Cocktails

  • Ice, coolers & ingredients for signature cocktails

  • General Liability & Liquor Liability Insurance

  • Drink menu planning & alcohol estimate guidance

Additional Charges:

  • Extra Bartender

Pricing and package details are subject to change; nothing is final until a contract is signed by both client and company.
Pricing does NOT include any permits that may be required for the event (i.e., special event, alcohol consumption) - those will be added on depending on the event location in regard to the corresponding city’s regulations.

The Full Pour Package

Service Duration: 4 Hours
Bartenders: 2-3
Guest Count: 100+

Includes:

  • Choice of Luxury Trailer Bar or The Portable Luxe Bar

  • Setup, cleanup, and service

  • Beer, Wine, and up to 2 Signature Cocktails

  • Full Mixer Station: Coke, Diet Coke, Club Soda, Tonic, Sprite, Cranberry

  • Ice, coolers, & basic garnishes

  • General Liability & Liquor Liability Insurance

  • Drink menu planning & alcohol estimate guidance

Additional Charges:

  • Extra Bartender

Booking & Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to the event date.
If the final payment is not received one week before the event, The Elegant Pour reserves the right to cancel the event, and no refund will be issued. The client is responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time.
